2. Purpose

SayToken provides a digital environment where users can:

SayToken is currently in its Beta phase, and users understand that certain features are still under evaluation.

4. User Responsibilities

By using SayToken, you agree to:

Your use of SayToken implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as 2Checkout (Verifone).
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate.
  • Digital transactions are final and non-refundable, except in cases of verified system errors or legal requirements.

All content, logos, trademarks, designs, and software related to SayToken are the exclusive property of SayToken or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written authorization.


8. Service Availability

SayToken strives to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee absolute availability.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
Users acknowledge that occasional interruptions may occur during the Beta phase.


9. Limitation of Liability

SayToken is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for:

  • Indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

  • Service interruptions caused by third parties, internet providers, or force majeure.

10. Feedback and Beta Testing

By participating in the Beta Program, users agree that:

  • Feedback submitted (suggestions, bug reports, comments) may be used by SayToken to improve the platform.
  • No compensation or ownership rights are granted for submitted feedback.

11. Account Termination

SayToken reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that:
