1. Introduction

Welcome to SayToken, a multilingual AI chat platform that enables real-time communication across languages and cultures. By accessing or using SayToken, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Purpose

SayToken allows users to communicate via AI translation, exchange messages through encrypted channels, and participate in multilingual conversations. SayToken is currently in its Beta phase, and users understand that certain features are still under evaluation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. For younger users, parental or guardian consent is required per GDPR and Peruvian Data Protection Law.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, maintain credential confidentiality, use the platform lawfully, and avoid posting illegal or harmful content. Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the SayToken platform or its AI translation systems. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Data Privacy and Consent

Your use of SayToken implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy. Data processing complies with GDPR, CCPA, and Peruvian law. All communications are encrypted and your data will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

6. Payments and Credits

Certain SayToken features operate on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go model based on “Credits.” Credits are a prepaid balance that users purchase in fixed denominations to pay for their own consumption of SayToken’s own services (conversations with AI agents, agent-to-agent translation chat, and API-channel usage).

Credits are subject to the following conditions:

  • Single-purpose use: Credits may only be used to consume SayToken’s own AI chat and agent services. They cannot be used to pay any other user, third party, or external service.
  • Non-transferable: Credits are strictly tied to the purchasing account. They cannot be sent, gifted, sold, exchanged, or transferred to any other user or account.
  • Non-redeemable for cash: Credits cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or exchanged for money. Digital transactions are final and non-refundable, except in cases of verified system errors or legal requirements.
  • No marketplace payouts: Where a user makes an AI agent available to other users, the creator of that agent does not receive any payment, credit, or other compensation when another user spends Credits interacting with it. 100% of the Credits spent are consumed as payment to SayToken for the underlying service.

Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment processors (including, but not limited to, 2Checkout (Verifone)). Users are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, designs, and software related to SayToken are the exclusive property of SayToken or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution requires written authorization.

8. Service Availability

SayToken strives to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee absolute availability. Temporary suspensions may occur for maintenance or updates during the Beta phase.

9. Limitation of Liability

SayToken is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The platform isn’t liable for indirect damages, data loss, or third-party disruptions.

10. Feedback and Beta Testing

By participating in the Beta Program, users agree that feedback submitted may be used by SayToken to improve the platform. No compensation or ownership rights apply to submitted feedback.

11. Account Termination

SayToken reserves termination rights for accounts violating these Terms, used fraudulently, or compromising security. Users may request voluntary deletion by contacting support@saytoken.com.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, while respecting GDPR and CCPA applicability.

SayToken (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a multilingual AI chat platform designed to connect users across languages and countries.

2. Data We Collect

  • Usage Data: chat messages (processed for translation), connection logs, IP address, time zone.
  • Transactional Data:payment and credit purchase records (processed securely via authorized third-party payment processors, including but not limited to 2Checkout (Verifone))

We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Your personal data is used only for:

  • Managing user accounts and authentication.
  • Enabling multilingual chat translation.
  • Providing technical support and billing.
  • Improving user experience and platform security.

All processing is based on user consent, contractual necessity, or legitimate interest.

Data is stored only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection or as required by law.
Inactive accounts are automatically anonymized or deleted after a retention period defined in our internal policy.
